ROCK SURFIN' USA- "SOUTH DAKOTA STYLE" ! The South Dakota trip is almost here, RC4W is going "rock surfin' ". To date, we have 7 member families and 1 guest family gathering at the Steel Wheel Campground (www.steelwheelcampground.com) near Deadwood on Thursday, June 14th for 4 days of fun and frolic in the beautiful Black Hills. There's still time if you want to go. You can get your OHV permit on-line in just a couple minutes. We're wheeling for 3 days starting Friday. On Friday night after the run, Dewey has made arrangments for a pot luck dinner for all who show up. The Club is providing burgers, dogs, salads, beans and condiments and members are encouraged to bring a side dish. The evenings are reserved for parties around the campfire and plenty of tall tales. We could also end up at the on-site Pub and Grub restaurant a time or two! Deadwood Gulch is only 6 miles away for those with the "tourist" itch ! The campground runs a shuttle bus into town. There are tons of tourist attractions in the Black Hills if pounding rocks for 3 straight days is too much ! This is going to be a good one. If you're on the bubble.... just do it ! 20 years from now you will regret more the things you didn't do, than the things you did. VIVA RC4W !

It's Here..... Walden, Big T and RC: Game On ! The 2012 version of the Annual Walden Snow Bash is upon us. This one is the "Big Crazy". The stars are lined up......what will happen this time? We have extended an invitation to the Big Thompson 4 Wheelers of Loveland to join us for a day of fun and frolic at the Sand Hills on Saturday, February 18th. We will meet at the main outhouse at 10:00 AM. Anyone and everyone is more than welcome to join us, the RC4W family is a big one! The weather forecast has Saturday as the best day of the week with warm and sunny conditions. Several members will be arriving in Walden on Friday night for a pre-game party. Hey, It's Walden......outa chute #9 on a horse called "Kick My Ass" ! Dig spur and hang on tight!

The March club run will be to the Woods Landing area. Those in Cheyenne wanting to
travel together meet at the Big D truck stop on west lincolnway. Brian will be
leaving from there to travel to laramie at 7 am. In Laramie we will meet at
Fosters (Howard Johnsons)at 8 am and leave from there at 8:30 am. Brian has
arranged for a spot to park trucks and trailers just a little ways outside
Woods Landing on the way to the trail head.
